It’s all in the information, and all about the results. Chuck is a licensed Realtor® in Texas, specializing in distressed and investment property. As a field signing agent he has closed over 200 real estate transactions. He’s been an active real estate investor for many years, having trained with industry legend and best selling author Bill Barnett and a number of other nationally recognized real estate experts. Jim has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience with an impressive client roster that includes such high-profile firms as Ford, KIA, McDonald Douglas, Marriott, Baker Botts, LLP, Transamerica, Credit Union of Texas, and New York Life, among others. Throughout his real estate career, he has built partnerships with key decision-makers at both Dallas-based and national firms, representing more than 10 million square feet of transactions with a value of $6 billion. His tenacity and creativity have allowed him to develop real estate solutions that improve the financial and organizational position of his clients. He has worked for firms in office, industrial and international real estate endeavors, acting as their advocate in corporate relocations, consolidations, restructures, expansions and building and land sales and development pursuits. Prior to forming Helvetica Partners, LLC., Jim began his career at Swearingen Company in 1979, became a senior partner with Fults Associates in 1981-1999, while there negotiated some of the cites largest lease transactions and was senior managing director with Julian Studley 2000-2009, while there negotiated Baker Botts lease for 183,000 SF. as well as 6 other major corporate headquarters leases. Jim also worked at Colliers International from 2009 to 2011, and while there created Colliers Education Practice Group with over 20 professionals serving the education Industry. Ed brings a wealth of operational and organization management skills to any project he’s involved in. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design and a Master’s in Architecture, Ed has proven that he is one of the top project managers available. In fact, he currently provides project management, executive and operational support on a consulting basis for numerous companies. In the past he’s served as Executive Vice-President for the Amend Group (formerly WorkPlaceUSA, Inc.), an integrated professional real estate and development company. While there, he was responsible for P&L, as well as organizational and operational functions. During his seven year tenure with Amend, he held several executive level management positions while building a project management organization that consistently achieved extraordinary results. His knowledge and expertise includes program and operational management, process development and implementation. His broad experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of Development for CiCi Enterprises, Inc. and for U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. After serving as a Professor for the College of Architecture at Texas A&M University, Ed spent the first five years of his career in management positions at CRSS Architects & Engineers and Scott & Strong Architects. From the planning stages of a development to completion, Ed possesses the knowledge and skills to see to it that project is completed on time and on budget, always exceeding expectations.

Anne Janco was with Beal Bank from 2008 to 2012, where she managed a loan portfolio of problematic loans and complex credits and was responsible for negotiating loan workouts and restructures on more than $200 million in non-performing loans. At Beal she also spent time on a team, which evaluated both real estate and non-real estate debt instruments for acquisition. Before joining Beal Bank, Anne was a Principal at Bank of America where she was a Senior Underwriter responsible for credit analysis, loan structuring, client interviewing, and assessment of client character on a diverse mix of loans, ranging from institutional portfolios of $250 million, to small individual loans on single tenant industrial buildings. Anne spent the early part of her career at General American Life Insurance Company where she originated, underwrote and serviced commercial mortgage loans ranging from on properties of all types including multi-family, retail, industrial, and office, in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.

Drew Briscoe graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Real Estate Finance. For the past two and a half years, Drew has been involved in retail commercial real estate in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. He has leased and managed properties and has been involved in the financing and development of retail assets. He has also been an active part in closing the purchase and sale of assets. Drew holds his Texas Real Estate Salesperson license as well as an Accredited Commercial Manager Certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Drew is also pursuing an MBA and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Robert Sajovich has worked with eCounty, Inc. a real estate investment firm and HomeNet Realty Group before joining the Harvard Companies. At eCounty, Robert increasing the ROI for individual investors in the distressed single-family market. He was involved in the research, acquisition, and renovation of the foreclosed homes. At HomeNet, Robert analyzed information on short sales and foreclosures and also prepared detailed CMA’s. A graduate of the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance, Summa Cum Laude. In addition, he was the team captain of the men’s tennis team and helped lead the Mustangs to winning seasons.

Nicole currently serves as Harvard Companies’ sales and marketing director, specializing in commercial brokerage for our high net worth clients, researching commercial properties for acquisition or development by the company and its clients. She has served as both a Texas licensed real estate broker and liaison in real estate transactions, preparing and reviewing all necessary documents for use in acquisitions, leases and sales of properties. Nicole is our point person for the development of relationships with many of our clients, and has negotiated contracts with countless buyers and sellers. Most recently, she was involved in researching, developing and preparing information and documentation for a major entertainment development, The Texas Riviera, planned to be located Dallas County. In the past, she has worked with the marketing research firm, Plaza Research, and with West Plano Medical Center. Nicole attended the University of Michigan and graduated, cum laude, from the University of Texas at Dallas.
